A marketing professional who brings a European dimension and particular expertise in market research, customer feedback and sales development. He is a Cambridge University economics graduate and a business strategy consultant who has started several successful IT and service companies. His hands-on experience of helping grow businesses in many different sectors and markets helps Transcend offer a broader customer development perspective to clients.


Russ Sandlin - Board Members


A Certified Outsource/Offshore Project Manager (COOPM) with over 25 years of contact center management experience, utilizing people, processes and technologies to optimize results in North America, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia. Russ was recently the Executive Manager of the Contact Center at Gulf Bank of Kuwait, during which time Gulf Bank emerged as the leading Contact Center in the Middle East, winning the “Best Contact Centre of the Middle East” at the Banker Middle East awards in May, 2010. Russ is an industry expert in Offshore Outsourcing (BPO, KPO, RPO) and has run major operations in outbound sales, technical support and telephone billing,sales and service.



Thaer Ayasi – CEO


A proven leader in managing ICT centric business delivery entities, Mr. Thaer Ayasi is a corporate leader in IT Business Support & Transformation who is passionate and dedicated towards providing efficient solutions that improves operations and capabilities for serving customers. He comes with over 12 years of experience in planning and managing resources and teams to execute large scale Telecom/IT projects. Thaer holds an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA, Palestine (2015), and a B.Sc. Computer Science from An-Najah National University, Palestine (2000).
